Feminine flow

Embody your female biology

Live a life in flow with your inner rhythm

Nature is cyclical, nothing constantly blooms and expands. Yet, the way most of us work and live our life is sustained around the idea that our energy should always be the same, every single day. In a world infused by masculine energy and values, and a fast forward moving pace, it is easy to ignore the more fluid currents of the female biology.

I certainly did.

I saw my period pain and various other cyclical symptoms as a curse, an enemy I had to fight or suppress to overcome, rather than the teachings and gifts they can truly be. When I began to listen, I discovered that my cycle is always communicating with me. It acts as a mirror to what is going on in my life and in my inner landscape.

Based on my studies, trainings and my own journey, I have created this course from a desire to share the practices and tools that have changed my life in a more significant way than I could have ever imagined. It is an invitation to journey inward, to begin or to deepen your relationship with your cycle as a self-growth tool. To tune in to your biological rhythm so that you can harness the potential and feel your best, regardless of which day it is in your cycle.

Each class will bring awareness to the different energetic qualities of each phase, your four inner seasons, to create circumstances that support harmony for your hormones. We will cover the gifts, and the shadows, of each phase. Ultimately, you will learn how to create your own self-care practice that honours your body and each of its currents.

Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, this course includes yoga asana, breath-work and acupressure techniques. The practices shared may support the ease of the common cyclical symptoms like PMS and pain, low energy levels and also to optimise your fertility.
