Work with me

I offer intuitive one-on-one sessions where I meet you where you are and tailor every session to your specific needs. The sessions may include yoga asana, guided somatic movement explorations, breathwork, bodywork and inquiry. I may also share practices with you to do daily between our sessions.

It is important for me to cultivate a safe space for you to unravel what is currently in the way of your thriving in your feminine biology. I recommend working together over at least 3 menstrual cycles, so that we can see how your body responds and so that there is time for you to seamlessly integrate the practices that work for you into your life. Each session aims to be a deeply nourishing experience that will leave you feeling inspired and in deeper connection with yourself.
